To qualify for a return, your item must remain in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will be required to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged Items and Concerns: Upon receiving your order, we kindly request that you conduct a thorough inspection. If you discover any defects, damages, or if you have mistakenly received incorrect items, please inform us immediately. This allows us to assess the situation and address it promptly.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items: Certain categories of items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (including special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). Exchanges: For a seamless exchange process, we recommend initiating a return for the existing item. After the return is approved, you can then proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without the need for justification. The conditions for return remain consistent with our general policy – the item must be in its original condition, with tags intact, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds: Upon receiving and evaluating your return, we will notify you of the refund’s approval status. Once approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow for additional processing time on the part of your bank or credit card company.
